Introducer Scheme

Simply put, you refer possible buyers to us and if they purchase a property through TCH we will pay you 10 % of the sales commission earned by TCH.

From just a casual referral to actively networking it is up to you how much work that you wish to do.

People living in Hua Hin will always be asked their opinion of where and what to buy and who can be trusted, we would like you to recommend TCH with the confidence that we will take care of the client and show them a full range of properties within their budget and not just the properties paying the highest sales commissions.

It is our policy to show clients a full and comprehensive range of the properties on the market and to let the client decide, our company policy is to be totally independent and to put the best interests of buyer and the seller first.

To refer a client to us please send to us the clients email address and we will tag these clients to you and you will be Bcc into all correspondence so that it is completely transparent and on the completion and final payment of a sale we will pay you the sales commission, it really is that easy!!
